We are quite proud of our facilities at the Muncy Massage Clinic. Our 550 square feet of commercial space in Washington Square, 9 North Washington Street, Muncy, is 100% handicap accessible, with parking, literally, right at the door. We were very fortunate to find this professional, commercial space right in the borough. We did not want to establish our new
massage practice in our home or in another "makeshift" location, such as a store front. Although those are definitely lower-cost options, we wanted our clients to feel as safe and secure as possible from the moment they consider scheduling an appointment with us.

I found it VERY hard to capture the ambiance and relaxing mood of the treatment room by camera.
LEFT: photo taken with very slow shutter speed and no additional light reveals the better ambiance, but results in a grainy photo.
BELOW: Photo of the treatment room taken with the overhead lights on. These lights are never on during a massage.
The treatment room is warm and relaxing, with rrelaxing, calming music playing. There is a trickling fountain in the room, which adds moisture to the air, and soothing sound effects. Additionally, for the winter months, a vaporizor might be placed at the back of the treatment room to help keep the room humid and warm.
Music choices range from Native American Flutes to Far East Tibetan monks, bowls and bells with sounds of the ocean in the background
As we add decor to the clinic, we plan to follow a predominantly Native American theme, as Muncy was named after the Monsie Indians who inhabitated the area before the settlers. Our area has a great Native American heritage/history.
We recently added a beautiful dreamcatcher handmade locally by the proprietor of the Native American Trading Post outside Muncy.
The treatment room is long enough for us to get a second table set up for couples massages by angling the tables. Because of the extra time required to rearrange the room, we do not actively promote couples massages. However, if you are truly interested in a couples massage, we can do it for an extra fee.
